Return & Refund Policy

At MSC Wood & Craft Designs, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every handcrafted, laser-engraved piece we create.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized items (laser-engraved with a name, date, or custom text)
Gift cards
Perishable goods
Personal care items
Hazardous materials

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at mscwooddesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at mscwooddesigns@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mscwooddesigns@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU Customers

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible items under EU consumer law. Custom/personalized items are exempt from this right.
